Chantille is trained in Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT). EFT is a therapeutic approach that focuses on nurturing healthy attachments within relationships. Chantille integrates EFT with Structural Family Therapy, and Family Systems Theory. She will guide family members through a process where each individual becomes more emotionally aware and in tune with one another. Through emotional coaching and guidance, therapy can help your family develop adaptive patterns of communication; repairing and restoring relationships.
